Ciao sono Fabrizio Pagotto e sono un cacciatore di emozioni a due e quattro ruote. La mia passione nasce con Ferrari e con l’intento di toccare quel sogno sfuggevole e impossibile che avevo da bambino. Muovo i primi passi nel mondo della fotografia non ancora digitale, a quei tempi il risultato del tuo lavoro era possibile vederlo solo dopo aver sviluppato il rullino, niente post produzione: scatto singolo, reale, insindacabile. Negli anni ’80 eravamo dei piccoli geni nella programmazione dei primordiali personal computer, il passo verso il futuro è stato naturale e fin troppo rapido, ciò che ho conservato di quei tempi è l’importanza che si deve dare allo scatto fotografico perché testimone di un istante di vita vissuta e per questo di grande valore umano. La mia esperienza come freelance mi porta negli anni a raccontare con testi ed immagini il mio viaggio tra i motori e tra i protagonisti che hanno animato e agitato le folle. Nel 2016 arriva una collaborazione con Leo Turrini e Fabio Tavelli di SKY SPORT dove le protagoniste assolute sono le Ferrari a spasso per i colli del trevigiano. Concludo spendendo due parole a proposito dell’agenzia autoAVIO, l’ho ideata alla fine degli anni ’90, è una creatura dallo spirito libero senza vincoli e imposizioni, fotografo auto speciali e anche moto se capita, momenti in pista e momenti di aggregazione automobilistica, cerco costantemente l'esclusività negli scatti, la foto vista non solo come testimonianza di un evento ma anche poesia di un istante irripetibile, se i lettori proveranno un'emozione io avrò realizzato il mio intento. Hi, I'm Fabrizio Pagotto and I'm a thrill-seeker on two and four wheels. My passion began with Ferrari and with the objectve of touching that elusive and impossible dream I had as a child. I took my first steps in the analogical world of photography when the result of your work could be seen only after developing the roll of film, there was no post-production. A single shot: real, unquestionable. Back in the 80s we were little pioneers in the programming of the very first personal computers; the step towards the future was natural and all too rapid. What I still value from those times is the importance that one must give to the single photographic shot: it bears witness of an instant of real life and therefore of great human value. Through the years, my life experience as a freelance photographer has taught me the beauty of narrating through texts and images my journey among engines and among the protagonists of the field who have animated and excited the crowds. In 2016 came a collaboration with Leo Turrini and Fabio Tavelli of SKY SPORT. The absolute protagonists were the Ferraris and their stroll in the Treviso hills. Lastly, a few words about the autoAVIO agency. I created it in the late 90s, it is a free-spirited creature without constraints and impositions. I photograph special cars and even motorcycles, I capture moments on the track and moments of automobile aggregation and constantly look for exclusivity in my shots., Photos are not only testimony of an event, but also poetry of an unrepeatable instant.
